Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
After Consultation
Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be provided.
Tarot Card Readings
Since tarot readings are personalized services delivered immediately:
- No refunds will be issued after the reading has been conducted.
Hand Written Astrology Reports
Due to the substantial time and effort involved:
- No refunds are available once report preparation has begun.
- If work has not yet started, a refund request may be reviewed at our discretion.
Digital Products & Courses
For downloadable products, digital reports, and online courses:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after access has been granted.
Technical Issues
If a service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our side, we may:
- Reschedule the service, or
- Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
